Terms & refunds

Awakenest is run by Stayfly Studio Co., Ltd. at Stayfly on Koh Phangan, Surat Thani, Thailand. Using this site, sending a request, or buying something here means these terms apply. They are written to be read. If anything is unclear, ask us at awakenest@stayflystudio.com.

Entry and requests

Entry to Awakenest is free. A programme request, such as camping, a class, studio time or a plot, is a request, not a booking, until we confirm it by email. Nothing is charged when you send one, and no account is needed.

Passes and payments

Premium passes and paid bookings are sold in Thai Baht and processed by Stripe. Prices are shown before you pay. A pass is personal to the account that bought it unless it is marked transferable.

Refunds

Premium passes and paid bookings are non-refundable, as stated before purchase. If we cancel a paid event or booking, we refund what you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights that Thai consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived. For anything about a payment, email us with the order number from your confirmation.

Café orders

Counter orders are paid at the counter and can simply be cancelled there before they are prepared. Online café payments are confirmed by Stripe receipt; if something went wrong with an online order, contact us and we will put it right.

Being here

Awakenest is a shared, family-friendly place. Follow the team's directions, care for the land, and respect the people around you. We may decline or withdraw access where that is not happening; where something paid is withdrawn for our reasons rather than yours, the refund rule above applies.

Liability and changes

Activities such as movement, breathwork, workshops and camping carry their ordinary risks, and you take part at your own responsibility to the extent the law allows. The programme can change; where a paid item changes materially, we tell you and the refund rule applies. We may update these terms, and the date above always shows the current version.
