Awakenest is run by Stayfly Studio Co., Ltd. on Koh Phangan, Surat Thani, Thailand. This page says plainly what we collect, why, and what we never do. Questions are welcome at awakenest@stayflystudio.com.

What we collect, and why

Accounts. A name, email address, and optionally a phone number, so you can sign in, pay online, and see your own passes and bookings.

Requests and applications. When you ask for a place on the programme or apply to take part, we keep the contact details and answers you give. For some practices this includes optional health notes you choose to share so a session can be delivered safely. Those notes are read only by the people who need them to hold the session, and are never used for anything else.

Orders and payments. Café orders and passes record what you ordered. Payments are processed by Stripe; card details go to Stripe directly and are never seen or stored by us.

Research. Stayfly is developing a future research programme associated with Awakenest. No research data is collected today. Ordinary visitor, booking and participation records are kept to run the venue, and are not automatically research data. Being a visitor, member, or customer never enrols you in anything. Any future human-subject research will have its own participant information and consent process, and will begin only under an approved protocol and appropriate institutional ethics oversight. Ask us and we will tell you where the programme stands.

What we don't do

No advertising trackers, no analytics scripts, no marketing pixels: none. The only cookies this site sets are the one that keeps you signed in and the one that remembers your language. We do not sell or share personal data with anyone for marketing.

Who processes data for us

Our database and sign-in run on Supabase, payments on Stripe, transactional email on Resend, and hosting on Vercel. Each receives only what its job requires.

Keeping and removing data

We keep personal data for as long as it is needed for the purposes above and for the records the law requires. You can ask at any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to remove it. Email us and we will reply. Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act applies to this site, and nothing here limits the rights it gives you.
