The Sevenfold Journey

Seven nests, seven chakras, one unfolding path from the quiet at the edge to the sound at the centre. Move gently, stay curious, and let each nest prepare you for the next.

Root to crown

Follow the path

The numbers help you find your way. The chakra sequence reveals the deeper rhythm underneath it.

The seven nests

    Meditation Park

    Arrive. Ground. Begin.

The Awakenest archive identifies paths, shelters and planted ground as the Meditation Park. Current operating status and public access are not published until they are confirmed.

Check the current programme or contact Awakenest before planning a visit for meditation.

  2. The Art Gallery booth at the Create Space, hung with framed work under a thatched roof

    Sacral · Svadhisthana

    Create Space

    Make something.

The team identifies a craft and art space beside the Tree Market, with paint, brushes and other materials. Current activities and access are published in the programme or confirmed by request.

Check the current programme before planning to use the space.

    Inside Create Space

  3. A full troupe of dancers in beaded costume and gold crowns performing together on sand.

    Solar Plexus · Manipura

    Medicine Circle

    Gather, and be in it.

A held space for ceremony, healing practices and quiet insight. A gong bath opens and closes the circle; traditional musicians and dancers from Koh Phangan Suksa School begin it, and world musicians carry it onward through voice and rhythm. Enter with respect for the people, practitioners and intentions already present.

Observe before entering, move gently, and follow the guidance of the space holder.

  4. A band playing on a low wooden stage at night, the trees above them lit violet and green, with people sitting on the ground watching.

    Heart · Anahata

    Tree Market

    See what people made.

Awakenest archive photographs document market stalls and live music under the trees at past festivals.

The current vendor form accepts proposals; an application does not confirm a stall or date.

    Music Lounge

    Listen. Express. Resonate.

The venue at the centre of the grounds: Jaran's Eatery at the counter, a stage, a recording studio, and the workshops in between. Current sessions and access are published in the programme or confirmed by request.

Stay for a song or settle in for the session. This is a space for voices to meet.

    Wisdom Hall

    Learn, understand, discuss.

Awakenest archive photographs document panel conversations in the hall identified by the team as Wisdom Hall. The hall is not operated by Awakenest for most of the year.

Check the current programme before planning to attend a session there.

    Frequency Dome

    Listen, and feel it.

The team identifies the Frequency Dome as an intimate space used for vocal activations and sound journeys, with acoustics that shape the sound inside.

Check the current programme before planning to attend a session in the dome.

Not a nest · a route

Movement Track

Move before the heat.

A loop rather than a place: out around the Tree Market and the Create Space, past the Music Lounge, and up to the Medicine Circle. Running in the morning, and a little CrossFit with it. Stations for weights and pull-ups are being added along the way.

Best early, before the heat. It is a loop, so you finish where you started.

There is no wrong pace

Move through it your way

Follow the full sequence, return to the nest that calls you, or simply use them to find your people. The path is an invitation, not a timetable.
